Translating Tilahn’s craftsmanship and emotional resonance into a digital format required careful design and storytelling to evoke tactile quality without physical interaction. The platform had to accommodate two distinct product models—ready-to-wear and made-to-order couture—each with unique customer expectations and operational workflows. Managing regional logistics such as currency conversion, international shipping, and luxury-level return policies added layers of complexity. Additionally, we enabled bespoke customization options like name embroidery, ensuring they enhanced the user experience without diluting the brand’s exclusive, couture-driven identity.
