Context – “Complex Projects, Clear Control”
PSTech was using disconnected tools for quoting, production, and support. Our job was to unify the process and provide visibility from design to long-term client engagement.

Challenges – “Every Machine Is Unique”
Each client machine had unique components, requiring tailored production and specific support agreements. We created a flexible framework within Odoo to model this variability without losing efficiency.

Goal – “Deliver and Support at Scale”
Their goal was to halve the time from quote to delivery and reduce support ticket response times by integrating after-sales directly into their ERP workflow.
