Al Qamar Chocolates is a luxury artisan chocolate brand headquartered in Dubai. Known for its handcrafted pralines and curated gift boxes, the company rapidly scaled its B2B and D2C channels, leading to operational complexity across production, retail, and logistics.

What We Did
We conducted a full discovery phase with their operations team to understand how each product was handcrafted and packaged. We then implemented Odoo’s Manufacturing, Inventory, and Sales modules to automate production planning, handle variable batch sizes, and track expiration dates. Our team developed custom workflows to manage temperature-sensitive goods during shipping and delivery.
